Do you? And if so WHY and how do you punish yourself?
Far too many times I hear woman (especially) comment VERY negatively where there is food.
"OHH I SHOULDN'T BE EATING THIS!"
"OH MY GOD! THIS IS SO FATTENING!"
"THIS IS GOING STRAIGHT TO MY HIPS!"
This IS "their" relationship with food! Everything you say IS AN AFFIRMATION so you ARE going to see it going straight to your hips because YOU ARE CREATING THAT REALITY!!!
It doesn't matter if "you are joking" or "don't really mean it" because your mind DOESN'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE!!!
Which is why most men and most "skinner" people can eat almost anything and gain less weight!
YES! IF YOU DON'T THINK ABOUT IT NEGATIVELY IT CAN NOT HAVE A NEGATIVE EFFECT!!!
This applies to EVERYTHING!!!
Taking care of your mind IS THE FIRST STEP! IT IS WHERE EVERYTHING BEGINS!!!
And when we punish ourselves...for past or present mistakes we are only hurting ourselves!!!
So, will you keep punishing yourself?
