Shifting Is Now In Process
Plenty of us are going through undeniable changes right now. Some of us are changing jobs while others are having emotions or thoughts they've never had before.
The consciousness of planet is shifting and there is no denying it. We can feel and experience the changes- all of us in some way are experiencing some sort of change. Change means you can no longer be, think, do or live life as you did yesterday. You are being-in a sense-forced to shift.
I too have many changes going on in my life right now, some physical, some emotional, some tangible but all very vital, this I know. But what do we do with all these changes and how can we deal with so much change happening all at once? Relax and remember to breathe.
Changes are happening and there are more coming so breaking down and freaking out isn't going to help your situation. I know for some who are going through tougher changes are having a more difficult time coping and believe me I understand this all too well, but resisting it or fighting it will only make it much more difficult for yourself and all that surrounds you- including those you love and who love you back.
By remaining calm and relaxed and doing what it takes to keep yourself in that state will allow your resistance to subside and your life will be able to unfold as it is meant to unfold. So don't hang on too tightly to what you once knew- afraid of what's to come. Instead focus on reminding yourself that everything- no matter how big or small, no matter how painful or delightful- is all happening for a reason.
The time is here for us. The time where our reality transforms itself. In order for us to be a part of it, we too must transform so it is very important that you do your best to sit back, accept and enjoy the ride as much as you can.
Learn to let go of resistance and allow the flow, allow the changes- this is indeed the very best thing that you can do. I know this is too simple of a task for many of us because we are so used to figuring it all out, struggling and stressing about. Well this isn't how you are meant to cope with life- not anymore.
Let it go and let it flow- that is your new job. Can you handle it?
