Remember what Matters
To be able to move, walk, talk, eat, speak, drink, dance, type- if you can do these tasks effortlessly than you my friend, are blessed.
We complain. We get angry. We bicker. We judge. Energy simply wasted.
If you do not have your health you do not have anything at all. In fact what is the point in having "things" if you are too sick to enjoy them?
I always say to be healthy is to be happy and to be happy is to be healthy. So our priorities in life should be our health and our happiness.
Be grateful for all that you have and DO NOT take anything for granted! Stop complaining that you have to get up in the morning to go to work and be grateful that YOU CAN!
Life is too precious, too short and too important- please remember what matters!
