It is in the quiet that we find the solutions, in the stillness that we are able to hear the answers.
When there is too much noise we can not concentrate. Yet we become accustomed to the noise and forget that we need the silence. We learn to
live survive without it.
There is a great price to pay for this way of living. Anxiety, depression, stress, nervousness and tension will become inevitable and as a result of all these emotions our body will react with insomnia, panic attacks, migraines and all sorts of aliments some small, some large.
Learn to quiet down. Shut the television off. Turn off the radio or music for 1 minute. Take a walk in silence, sit in silence.
Stop. Slow down. Listen to the "nothingness" and see what you find. You will be surprised how much you will find in that silence.
