Worry and stress don't feel good both physically and mentally. Use emotions that feel good. Try switching over as you start to feel worry, stress, fear or panic. How? Write down a different story: how you would like it to be, or visualize how you would like it to be. Or start a rampage of appreciation. Look within you and around you and start to say thank you for all the plenty blessing that surround you.
