We all know crash diets don't work. If someone chooses to remain fit and healthy their whole life, they must lead a healthy lifestyle. This is no rocket science, just common sense. The exact same goes for a healthy mind and soul. If you choose to be positive for 3 hours then go about being negative the rest of the time, well, you won't really see any change now will you.
Positive thinking, healthy living, attracting only the great things in life requires dedication, training and commitment until it becomes a lifestyle for you. Then you won't even have to think about it- it will be who you are.
How do I know this for sure? From my own personal experience and helping many others do the same. And once you go over that fence and see the way the other half lives, you will never again want to return to that scary place you once knew so well.
Transition and change is very, very possible! It is up to you to get there!
